RAPT combines multiple data sets to support situational awareness for all phases of emergency management.


1. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the map.

2. Click and hold to move the map on the screen.

3. Icons on the top blue bar have drop down lists.

Toggle Layers On

  • Click on the box next to the data layer name to toggle on the data in the map.
  • Click on the layer name to see the legend (for census tracts also click on subtitle name.)

Toggle Layers Off

  • Click the check mark in the box to turn the layer off.
  • Click on the layer name to turn the legend off.

Pop-Up Boxes Have More Information

  • All the data layers have pop-up boxes.
  • Click on the data point or geographic area for more information about the data.
  • Click on arrow in blue header in pop-up box to see more tabs.

Data Bins for Population Indicator Layers

  • County = 5 bins,
  • Census Tract = 7 bins,
  • Tribal = 5 bins.


Each data layer has unique data range for each color.
