As per the Zoning Methodology for Park or Conservation Areas, existing land or waterways that are zoned C2 will remain C2 unless identified for a change to be consistent with the categorisation of a plan of management.

The definitions of the terms within the land use table are outlined in the Dictionary of the Standard Instrument—Principal Local Environmental Plan (Standard Instrument LEP), unless if they relate to the Warringah LEP 2000 (see separate dictionary).
Council has taken all possible steps to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the above table. Separate confirmation of land use permissibility should be undertaken by reviewing the relevant Local Environmental Plan (see Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2000 or Standard Instrument LEPs: Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013 or Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014 or Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011).

Read the information to the right of the map to see the data that informed the Conservation Zones Review for the selected property. This includes:
