The Connecticut Housing Data Hub is a public resource developed by the Office of Policy and Management (OPM), Department of Housing (DOH), and Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD).

This dashboard provides information, data, maps, and visualizations using state and federal housing data to better understand how housing is affecting towns in Connecticut.

The tabs across the top can be used to navigate to the different topics of the housing data.

Data displayed on this site include permitting and demolition data from DECD, housing stock and cost from the U.S. Census American Community Survey, data on affordable housing collected by DOH.

On the left side of the screen on each page, you can find more information about the topic, instructions, and data sources.
